In June 2017, Seven Grand opened in the heart of Austin’s downtown area under the same roof as Las Perlas. Seven Grand offers a comprehensive whiskey program – featuring an extensively curated and growing selection of over 400 premium whiskeys – alongside handcrafted cocktails and Texas beers in a welcoming and convivial environment. Though Seven Grand provides a selection of craft cocktails, the foundation of the bar was found upon five classic whiskey varieties, including the Old Fashioned, Sazerac, Rye Manhattan, Whiskey Sour, and Mint Julep.

For those looking to enhance their knowledge of the spirit, Seven Grand is home to the popular Whiskey Society program where guests can regularly partake in tastings with master distillers & blenders and brand ambassadors. Seven Grand’s selections can be enjoyed in their main bar area, amongst the billiards tables, or on the expansive outdoor patio complete with its own whiskey bar, community tables, and a live music area. Live music every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8PM-11PM.
